Our service is informational only and is designed to assist cosmetics companies in evaluating their formulations.

HalalFormula is not a halal certification body. Our scan results and compliance reports do not constitute halal certification, religious rulings (fatwa), or legal advice.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While we strive for accuracy, ingredient classifications may contain errors. Always verify results with the relevant certification body before making certification claims or submitting applications.
3. Digital Products & Refund Policy
Halal compliance reports are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing report delivery, please contact us for assistance.
